This Anime Zero tier list combines community tier lists that rank every weapon of the Roblox action RPG up to Update 3. Median of the 3 tier lists we count for weapons (Destructoid, MrGuider, animezerowiki.com), after mapping each list’s labels to SS–D (a top tier labelled SSS counts as SS). A weapon needs at least two counted lists to be placed; until then it stays Unranked. Older lists (Pro Game Guides’ Oct 11 list, Beebom, games.gg) are shown as context and not counted.

How this Anime Zero tier list is made

We don’t rank weapons ourselves. The rules in short:

  • Which lists count. Lists that rank every weapon up to Update 3 on a scale we can map get one vote each: Destructoid (updated Oct 12), MrGuider (Oct 17) and animezerowiki.com (Oct 18). A site or creator counts once.
  • Older lists are context. Pro Game Guides’ Oct 11 list (Update 2), Beebom (Oct 9) and games.gg (Oct 7) rank only pre-Update 3 weapons; each weapon’s details show them as “context, not counted”.
  • One scale. Destructoid’s SSS and the others’ SS both count as SS.
  • The median. With three lists a weapon takes the middle placement; ranked by fewer than two, it stays Unranked.
  • Consensus. “Strong”: every list agrees; “2 of 3”: one list is a tier off; “disputed”: two or more tiers apart. Today 13 placements are strong, none is disputed and 5 are split, with the odd list out in brackets: Shadow Monarch (MrGuider: S), Silver Calamity (Destructoid: SS), Inferno Prince (MrGuider: SS), Cataclysm (MrGuider: A) and Immortal Sovereign (MrGuider: B).

Best weapons in Anime Zero right now

In the current median, rank tracks rarity closely: every SS and S weapon is LYTH, Arcane and Mythic share A and B, and Legendary and Epic make up C and D. (rarities: Destructoid)

SS tier: build around these

Void Arbiter and Astral Blossom top all three counted lists; Shadow Monarch tops two.

  • Void Arbiter (Ye-0): rated the top damage dealer by Destructoid, built as an awakened main per animezerowiki.com. Unlocked by clearing Trials floor 200. (animezerowiki.com)
  • Astral Blossom: a second-slot support whose aura boosts the weapon you switch back to. Needs a co-op Trials clear of floor 75 or higher. (Destructoid, animezerowiki.com)
  • Shadow Monarch: SS for Destructoid and animezerowiki.com, S for MrGuider. Strong basic attacks and summons once fully evolved (three stages); it drops from the Nightmare Shadow Gate raid. (Destructoid, MrGuider, animezerowiki.com)

Best non-LYTH weapon

Cursed King (Arcane) is Destructoid’s top damage pick outside LYTH, and all three counted lists rank it A. (Destructoid, MrGuider, animezerowiki.com) It comes from the Arsenal (animezerowiki.com) and gains +10% damage beside Immortal Sovereign. (Destructoid, Pro Game Guides, games.gg)

Best Anime Zero build

Four guides publish a full build: Destructoid and MrGuider for the current weapons, Pro Game Guides (Oct 11 build, for Update 2; a newer one since Oct 18) and games.gg (Update 1) from earlier. They agree on:

  • Trait: Deadeye in all 4 builds
  • Accessories: Blast Archer Wings and/or Crown in all 4 builds (3 of 4 use both)
  • Weapons: Void Arbiter and Astral Blossom in both current builds

You can equip two weapons, and each pair earns +5% damage, or a named bonus for the six pairs below. Destructoid, Pro Game Guides and games.gg list the same six pairs and differ only on one health bonus, flat or a percentage.

What's new in Update 4

Anime Zero’s Update 4 arrived on Oct 17, 2026 (the game’s Roblox title now carries a Solar Radiance tag), adding two modes, two weapons and a Season Pass. (MrGuider, Roblox API, gamestratwiki)

Crimson Eclipse and Solar Radiance are not ranked yet — we'll place them once at least two tier lists do. MrGuider plans to rank them, animezerowiki.com lists them without a tier, Destructoid hasn’t added them, and Pro Game Guides ranks both in a new list we don’t count yet.

Tidal High-Rise

A Nightmare mode that drops the materials for Crimson Eclipse. (gamestratwiki, animezerowiki.com) Reported by gamestratwiki: a tower climb against rising water, with enemies, a lever and a gate to hold on each floor and a blessing card after floors 2, 4, 6, 8 and 10. The roof pays 18,000 coins and 500 gems (written “Gims” in the guide).

Evil Reflection raid

You fight your own reflection and an evil twin, and Solar Radiance drops here. (Roblox game page, gamestratwiki, animezerowiki.com) Reported by gamestratwiki: the twin uses your equipped kit, you get three lives, and you pick a stacking Mirror Blessing after each of the first four waves.

Crimson Eclipse and Solar Radiance

  • Crimson Eclipse (LYTH) is crafted from Tidal High-Rise drops: 8 Shear Fragments, 10 Crimson Ribbons and 5 Thread Chokers per animezerowiki.com; gamestratwiki spells the first “Sheer Fragments”. (animezerowiki.com, gamestratwiki)
  • Solar Radiance (LYTH) drops from Evil Reflection on Nightmare. (animezerowiki.com) Pro Game Guides reports the drop rate and pity were improved in Update 4. (Pro Game Guides) Reported by gamestratwiki: awakening it needs a fully upgraded Shadow Monarch (the guide calls it Shadow Lord), and completing both unlocks a Solar Radiance + Shadow Monarch duo ultimate, also mentioned by MrGuider and animezerowiki.com. Season Pass

The game’s description announces a new Season Pass. (Roblox game page) Reported by gamestratwiki: it is the first one, runs 28 days with 50 tiers on a free and a premium track, and levels up through quests.

How rankings changed

Older lists don’t move the median, but they show how the board changed. For Pro Game Guides we use its Oct 11 list (Update 2), as archived in our notes; its Oct 18 Update 4 list uses its own S–E scale and isn’t counted until we’ve reviewed how to map it.

What is the best weapon in Anime Zero?

Void Arbiter and Astral Blossom sit in the top tier of all three tier lists we count (Destructoid, MrGuider and animezerowiki.com), and Shadow Monarch joins them on two of the three. Astral Blossom earns its place as a second-slot support: its aura boosts the damage of the weapon you switch to.

What is the best trait in Anime Zero?

Deadeye and Supernova. All five trait rankings we track put both in S tier: Deadeye suits longer modes and boss fights because of its critical-hit bonuses, while Supernova suits fast farming runs.

What is LYTH in Anime Zero?

LYTH is the rarest weapon rarity, ranked above Arcane, Mythic, Legendary and Epic. Pro Game Guides lists the summon pity as 3,750 Lucky Spins for a LYTH weapon, against 400 for Arcane and 200 for Mythic. Almost all of the top-ranked weapons are LYTH.

How many weapons can you equip in Anime Zero?

Two. You switch between them during a fight, and the pair you equip gives a bonus: +5% damage for most pairs, and a bonus of its own for a few named pairs.
